Tiger Trails Charter Request Form

**NOTICE: Beginning July 1,2026, the hourly rate for event transit services will increase from $131 to $135 per hour.

The LSU Tiger Trails Charter Bus has a maximum capacity of 40 seated passengers. LSU department rates are currently $131 per hour (will increase to $135 starting July 1, 2026). A PG Code must be provided. Regular rates are $165 per hour. There is a minimum charge of four (4) hours per bus.

A two (2) business day notice is required for all cancellations and changes to itinerary to avoid additional charges.. Charges are subject to change. Number of attendees will determine the number of buses needed for the event.  

Requests must be submitted a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to the event.
