Reserve the LSU Clarence L. Barney Jr. African American Cultural Center for your next event!

All forms must be submitted at least 7 business days before the event, excluding weekend events, which must be submitted at least 14 business days before the event.

Payments for weekend events must be received 7 days before the event.

All requests are handled on a first come, first served basis.
Reservation cancellation must be made at least (3) three days before the requested date
Receipt of reservation request, along with approval or denial of event, will be sent within 72 hours
