Transcript

FETI offers two different types of transcripts.

Training transcript- A Training Transcript includes any course completion hours that were obtained. The transcript can be requested on an individual basis or a departmental basis using the forms below:

Certification transcript- A Certification transcript includes any certifications that the student has obtained through the FETI Certification Department. This can only be requested on an individual basis using the form below:
