Course Description
The Rope Rescue Operations level course exposes students to the foundation of rope rescue equipment use and care, modern techniques, and best practices through classroom instruction and skill-based learning. Skills include knot tying, lowering and belay systems, mechanical advantage and patient packaging. This course meets the Rope Rescue Operations level of NFPA 1006 Standard for Technical Rescue Personnel Professional Qualifications.
