The Training & Organizational Development section of Human Resource Management delivers professional development training programs and provides organizational effectiveness consulting and assessment services, both for the individual employee and the organization, in alignment with the University’s strategic objectives. Our learning solutions focus on cultivating excellence and teaching individuals and teams the knowledge, skills, and abilities to improve workplace behaviors and overall performance.
Our mission is to partner with University leadership, Colleges, and Departments to design and deliver performance solutions that cultivate optimal individual and organizational performance. Our training, consulting, coaching, and assessment solutions provide individuals and teams with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to improve workplace behaviors and performance in the areas of interpersonal, leadership, and operational excellence.
