Scholarship Application

This application is for incoming freshmen to apply for an undergraduate level scholarship from LSU’s Craft & Hawkins Department of Petroleum Engineering. The scholarship value per recipient is $1000 for the fall semester, and $1000 each spring & fall semesters thereafter, for a maximum of four years (eight semesters). Renewal of awards is contingent upon academic performance. To maintain eligibility for an award renewal, the award recipient must remain a full time student, maintain 3.0 grade point average, and make satisfactory progress toward a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering at LSU.  (applicants must have a minimum 28 ACT-Composite score and a minimum 28 ACT-Math score or equivalent SAT composite and math scores.)
