The Office of Academic Affairs hosts monthly roundtable meetings for deans, associate deans, and department chairs to discuss current university priorities and relevant administrative topics. Please register for the next meeting below.

About the Session
Designed for deans, associate deans, and department chairs, this session focuses on judgment, boundaries, and escalation in handling leave eligibility and provisions, FMLA, accommodations, and out‑of‑state work. Participants will review policies in advance and use the session to work through real‑world scenarios and a scenario-based Q&A that surface gray areas and build confidence, consistency, and risk awareness in decision-making within their units.
