Research Interest

Development of animal models for human cancer and the pathogenesis of infectious diseases, particularly the inflammatory response in neoplastic and infectious diseases,using techniques such as in-situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry. Ocular pathology is an additional area of interest.

Teaching Interest

General and Systemic Pathology of veterinary and graduate students; Specialty board certification training of anatomic pathology residents.
