Welcome to GeauxGrants
We are pleased to announce the full deployment of the GeauxGrants Sponsored Projects
module for LSU A&M. Effective January 1, 2020, all proposals routed for a streamlined
review in GeauxGrants must be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to the proposal submission deadline. This extended lead time is necessary and
mandatory in order for us to meet sponsor deadlines using a new and unfamiliar system.
Lead time will be reduced as all users become familiar with GeauxGrants.
Please note that this includes the routing of budget, personnel, and any sponsor forms
that contain budget information or requires an Authorized Organizational Representative
signature. For Grants.gov submissions, other materials (e.g., narratives, technical
documents) must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the sponsor deadline.
GeauxGrants allows users to develop and route proposals, submit post-award modification
requests, submit proposals directly to Grants.gov and NIH ASSIST, and review and approve
awards and subawards. GeauxGrants also integrates with the existing Conflict of Interest
module as well as the upcoming Human Subjects and Animal Subjects modules, which will
deploy over the course of this year.
