ITS Service Desk Support Hours
The ITS Service Desk provides live phone and chat support during the following times:
Monday – Thursday: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Frey 102 Service Desk - Provides walk-in support Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
LSU Library 141 Service Desk - Provides walk-in support per normal Service Desk hours above.
