The School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science is comprised of the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Division and the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Division. The CSE division (www.cse.lsu.edu) has a strong record in research and graduate training (MS and PhD degrees), with ongoing federal, state and industry-funded research projects in several key areas of computer science. The CSE division offers multiple concentration/specialization options in the undergraduate program, including cybersecurity, software engineering, cloud computing, and data analytics. Excellent opportunities exist for collaboration with the ECE division and other departments in the College of Engineering, and the Center for Computation and Technology. LSU-HPC provides state-of-the-art supercomputing and storage facilities enabling research collaborations across diverse fields.
